Accommodations

Oceantide is a one-level building perched on the edge of the sand dunes a stone’s throw from our private beach.  All units have their own private porches for lounging in the sun or relaxing with a good book.  This building is also conveniently located near the Reception Office, Gift Shop, and Ice Machine.

Situated conveniently along the gently sloping hill away from the resort, these units all feature kitchenettes, an outdoor seating area, and parking in front of the unit.

Hightide is built for larger groups that appreciate maximum outdoor space, full kitchens, and plenty of bedding options.  Located at the top of the hill, these units offer sweeping views of Nantucket Sound and Monomoy in the distance.

Suntide is a two-story building located adjacent to the beach with ample parking nearby. First-floor units have plenty of outdoor space with views of the ocean and beach. Second-floor units are also accessible without stairs, have full kitchens, and feature private balconies. Additionally, several top-floor units can connect with the lower level to form a 2-bedroom duplex.

This is what comes to mind when you imagine the quintessential Cape Cod beach house. Upstairs, two bedrooms beckon, one with a king bed and the other with a king bed plus a queen sleeper sofa. Downstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a queen, another with three twin beds, and a bonus room featuring a queen futon. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath South Chatham retreat accommodates up to 10 guests. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, it offers picturesque views of Monomoy and beyond. Step onto your private beach on Pleasant Beach or embark on a short drive to explore numerous Cape hotspots and towns.
